Eligible refunds

Cancellations inside the refundable window in the cancellation policy.
Trips cancelled by Loop because a minimum group size or supplier cannot be met — full refund of amounts paid to Loop.
Documented medical or force-majeure cases approved in writing by the desk.

Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may add further days.

What is not refunded

Third-party tickets already issued in your name when cancellation falls outside the free window.
Visa fees, insurance premiums, and personal extras paid directly to other vendors.
No-shows on departure day.

Online trip requests

This website does not charge cards. Browser-saved references have nothing to refund until the desk confirms a paid hold — then the windows above apply.
